Justis AI is a software subscription for legal professionals, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Every AI output is a draft for a qualified lawyer to verify. Matter content is confidential, is never sold, and is never used to train foundation models without explicit consent. Data is hosted in India.

## What it does

- Contract drafting and review with proposals: drafts agreements, NDAs, notices, opinions, compliance memos, policies and pleadings in the firm's house style, and redlines an existing document as tracked changes (.docx) you accept or reject one by one.
- Tabular review: due diligence, contract audits and compliance checks across hundreds of documents into one structured table, one column per question, each cell traceable to the page it came from.
- Playbooks: the firm's negotiating positions and fallbacks, applied automatically when a contract is reviewed.
- Workflows: repeatable multi-step legal tasks (due diligence, compliance checklists, regulatory tracking, chronologies) that run the same way every time.
- Skills: reusable instructions the agent follows for a recurring kind of work, shared across the firm.
- Agent chat with citations: ask a legal question and get the position with every authority pinned to the provision or the paragraph of the judgment, verified against the source before it is shown. Plan mode proposes a numbered checklist you approve or edit before the agent runs; parallel sub-agents handle deep research.
- Library: 16M+ Supreme Court and High Court judgments back to the first reported volumes, Order.law orders for 2025-26, and 22,000+ central Acts, searched by legal concept rather than keyword, with a citation network showing what followed, distinguished or overruled a judgment.
